In the capital of Iran, Teheran, designer Hooman Balazadeh has completed an interior designing project for a cafe named M Coffee. The cafe concept presents a significant solid mass that connects the entrance of the hall to the serving counter and also illustrates the roof and the walls as a continuous element.

Materials chosen was limited to only two basic materials to avoid multiplicity. Mixture of both materials create the spatial quality and flow of relaxing light in the space. The form was generated through morphing two curves over each other that creates variety of different perspective views and diverse experiences in each spot. Via Archdaily

What this $10 million house offer is surely its lavish and luxurious setting that will indulge its residents with vast great room plan, spacious three bedrooms, airiness and walk-ability. The great fond about this house is the illuminated pool that located just in front of the bedroom.

Completing the modern setting of the house, is the media room that allows people to screen their own talkies before friends while enjoying the celebrity status that comes from living in this exclusive neighborhood, which is better known as the Bird Streets.

The neighborhood itself contains several homes listed at upwards of $18 million and featuring a dozen bedrooms, half dozen baths, spacious trophy rooms, etc. The front entrance of this one seems to shut itself off from the neighborhood but takes ample advantage of the birds eye views of Los Angeles.
